Mondray Gee hired to lead Strength & Conditioning Program as the Director of Human Development & Athletic Performance

Ezell-Harding Christian School has named Mondray Gee as the Director of Human Development and Athletic Performance. Coach Gee joins the Eagle family with more than 25 years of experience in athletic performance. He brings a wealth of knowledge and proven expertise to Ezell-Harding. His career earned him 20 years of coaching at a high level in the NFL (Detroit Lions, Green Bay Packers, Seattle Seahawks and Tennessee Titans) where he developed a reputation of maximizing athlete performance and durability. The Seahawks won a Super Bowl during his time in Seattle. Coach Gee comes to EHCS after spending the last 4 years at Pope Pre


Coach Gee understands the demands of a student-athlete and is looking forward to working with our students, faculty & staff and coaches to continue to enhance the strength & conditioning program. "I look forward to being a part of the Ezell-Harding Christian School community for many years to come. The opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people is incredibly important to me. I believe the weight room serves as a conduit for valuable life lessons, including discipline, perseverance, and accountability," says Coach Gee. At EHCS, he will not only work with all students in athletics, but also with all Upper School students looking develop strength, speed, flexibility and character building. Numerous individuals have credited Coach Gee for his ability to connect with student-athletes while holding them to a high standard, fostering a culture of discipline, leadership and accountability. "My goal is to help each student reach their full potential through hard work and maximal effort. I look forward to getting to know each person at Ezell-Harding and sincerely thankful for this opportunity."



Athletic Director and Head Football Coach, Corry Stewart had this to say about Coach Gee. "We are beyond excited and grateful to bring Mondray to our campus and have him embrace our student population to help continue building a strong athletic program. Coach Gee will make an immediate impact on our community, not just with his knowledge and experience, but also with his commitment to being a role model for our young men and women while pushing them to be the best version of themselves. God is continuing to work on us here at Ezell-Harding and having Coach Gee be a part of our community is just a sign from above that great things are happening here."


The new role marks another chapter in an already accomplished career for Coach Gee. His presence signals a strong commitment to excellence in strength & conditioning, and his experience will be a valuable asset in elevating overall performance. Coach Gee will be replacing Coach Justin Loudon who will be moving with his family to Colorado where he will be the new Strength & Conditioning Coach at Vista Ridge High School. "Coach Loudon played a pivotal role in transforming our Strength & Conditioning program and has made it reach to national platforms. We are grateful for his time here at Ezell and we wish him and his the best of luck on their new endeavor. He will always be a part of the Eagle family."

Congratulations coach Gee as my nephew you always exhibit grace and professionalism i am so proud of you and your accomplishments continue to excel in all your dream profession the one passion that was not mentioned in the review is your passion for excellence in academics and for building character in young people…you know my Title keep up the great work never stop inspiring others especially the young people who you responsible to elevate them as our future leaders
